How to find my reservation.

Solution N°1 : Find in your emails the booking confirmation sent by Groupcorner. In the email you will find the details of the order and the order form in attachment (check your spams too).

Solution N°2 : On your reservation space, follow the steps below:


I called the hotel and they can't find my reservation.

The list of participants who have booked through Groupcorner is communicated to the hotels on agreed dates (approximately once or twice a month).

Some hotels register the names of participants 15 days before the event. Depending on who you have on the line at the hotel, they may not be able to provide you with information.

I have been asked to complete my list of participants, what should I do?

If you are booking for 2 people or more, don't forget to fill in the names of the participants so that we can send the rooming list to the hotels. So that you will be able to collect your room only by giving your name when you arrive to collect your room.

  • Step 1 : On the booking website, log in with your login/password
  • Step 2 : In the menu on the top right, select "Orders/Participants" puis "List of participants"
  • Step 3 : In the list of participants, select the yellow button "Add a participant" and fill in all the requested information.
  • Step 4 : Check that all the products purchased are allocated to the person who will be staying / participating in the event.
    Why do I have to do this step?
    It aims to facilitate your arrival at the hotel. This is necessary even for an order with only one participant (the person who books may be different from the person attending the event).
Can I pay by credit card, bank transfer or check ?
  • Payment by credit card: Payment by credit card is possible on our booking site. The reservation will be confirmed as soon as the payment is validated.
  • Payment by bank transfer: Payment by bank transfer is possible. The booking is only confirmed after receipt of the full payment on the IBAN provided. Please note: The service must be paid before the payment deadline indicated on the confirmation email and on the website at the time of booking. After this date, the order will be automatically cancelled.
  • Payment by check: Payment by check is not allowed.

Why does the IBAN start with DE if I book in France?

Our online payment partner Stripe, SAXO Bank Deutschland is based in Germany. The IBAN is a European system, so there is no impact, no extra charges of course!


Why do I receive a different IBAN for each order?

For each order a unique Iban is generated by our online payment provider Stripe. This unique Iban allows our system to automate the reconciliation of payments and to make them secure.


The stay has not yet ended but I need an invoice.

It is forbidden in France to issue an accommodation invoice until the stay has been completed. You have an order form to justify your expense to your services.

The final invoice will be generated between 2 and 7 days after the stay and will be sent directly to your email address.


I have not received my invoice for my hotel stay.

I want to cancel my booking, how do I do it and what are the penalties?

All cancellations must be made in writing using the "Contact Us" form on the event's booking site. No cancellation requests by telephone will be taken into account.

Cancellation penalties will be applied depending on the date you cancel. These penalties are shown on the order form you received upon confirmation.

A 10% cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations.


I want to book an extra night, how can I keep the same room during my stay?

Simply go back to the booking site and make a new booking for the night you wish to add.

At the time of identification, log in to your account. You will then be assigned the same room throughout your stay.


I will not be able to attend the congress and I would like to give my room to my colleague.
  • Step 1 : Go to the booking site and log in to your account.
  • Etape 2 : Once logged in, access the list of participants by clicking on "Orders/Participants" then "List of participants"
  • Étape 3 : Modify the name, first name, email and contact number of the participant(s) to be modified.
    The hotel will then be informed of the change of name of the room occupant the next time the rooming list is sent. There is no charge for this procedure. And both participants will have to manage the financial flows themselves if necessary.
    No modification is possible from 15 days before the event.

I cancelled my booking and I still have not been refunded.

As stated in the order form, refunds are only made after the hotel has been reimbursed to Groupcorner.

If you paid by credit card, you will be refunded directly to your card.

If you paid by bank transfer or your card has expired, please check that you have sent us your bank details.
